Yes, kids of any age are always welcome onboard.
Yes, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit in the shade, as well as plenty of room for everyone to lounge in the sun.
Yes, 15 guests total is our maximum capacity. All children, no matter their age, are a part of the total guest count.
Yes, we only provide private charters. It will only be your group onboard.
We are unable to offer pickups at this time, but we are conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki.
We do not offer any discounts. This is because we are the most affordable private charter catamaran in Waikiki. To continue to keep our prices low for everyone, we are unable to offer any discounts. Remaining affordable is very important to us because we want everyone to be able to have a private charter experience.
We rarely ever get cancellations, but our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% of the rental price if canceled more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the rental.
75% of the rental price if canceled less than seven days but more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the rental.
50% of the rental price if canceled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the rental.
Yes, we require full payment to reserve a booking.
Yes, to book earlier than 8am, please call us directly to inquire (808.800.3946). If our crew is available and if we have availability, then we are happy to accommodate early morning departure time requests.
Some sunscreens are labeled reef-safe, but they are not. make sure to check your sunscreen doesn't have any of the following ingredients to make sure it's not harmful to our reefs:
Oxybenzone (illegal in Hawai'i)
Octinoxate (illegal in Hawai'i)
Octocrylene
Homosalate
4-methylbenzylidene camphor
PABA
Parabens
Triclosan
Any form of microplastic, such as “exfoliating beads”
We do not allow spray-on sunscreen onboard. You're welcome to bring lotion sunscreen onboard with you. Mahalo!
